THE CALL OF GOD

The Call of God

In 1990 the Lord appeared to the founder in Nigeria in a vision while asleep. He spread His right palm to the founder to catch his attention indicating, "Follow me" without a word spoken and was covered by the clouds. He ignorantly ignored the vision and later travelled to the UK in 1991. The vision has never left his memory.

Ignorance and Loving Chastisement

In 1995 now in the UK; and in-between a mysterious illness that struck in November 1994, the Lord Jesus Christ called him the second time in a vision with an audible voice "this is God calling you". The voice repeated three times and continued "if the blind who could not see or read will believe, what more you", and with a bible placed in his hand in the vision the Lord instructed him to preach the gospel to all nations. The vision and calling became clear in his mind and permanently stamped in his memory and heart as he woke up. He ran into his first bible believing church and gave his heart to Jesus. He became born again.

The illness could not be diagnosed by doctors in London. Nevertheless he was healed gradually and completely by the Lord in 1997.

Answering the Call
He obeyed the Lord and started preaching as a lay preacher in the streets of London while serving the Lord at various capacities in the church. Time passed and he was ordained Elder in 2001by Apostle (Dr) S K Baidoo of Elim Church of Pentecost during the ministry of Apostle Nene Ofori Amagetcher the then Resident Missionary.

He served as Assistant worship leader, Local and District evangelism leader, and subsequently for few months as the National Evangelism Organizing Secretary. In 2004 he was prayed for and released to join another ministry by the instruction of the Lord. He is still a passionate street preacher and is currently busy raising disciples of men and women for Jesus. God had also previously used him to raise street preachers in the past who are now on fire for the Lord. He gives all the glory to God. With humility he gives God thanks for the gospel doors opened for him to travel to some countries for the work of the kingdom while yet serving in previous ministries.

 Evangelist Chrisyngle Ekechi's faith was tried when the Lord instructed him to leave his job. He held on for two months and eventually obeyed what seemed illogical to human reason and most ministers. The Lord told him that He will always provide for him and that he will not lack. The Lord is faithful and has miraculously provided for the family's needs ever since. I Thessalonians 5: 24; Philippians 4: 19. Praise God.

He was ordained full time Evangelist and Minister of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ together with his wife in August 2007 by Prophet (Dr) Samson Ayorinde of World Evangelism Bible Church UK. Prior to the ordination the Lord instructed that he should be released immediately after the ordination to start his ministry. He and his family were subsequently prayed for and released.
